Whole-grain pasta by Alce Nero is made from hard wheat grown in Lombardy, Tuscany, Lazio, Basilicata, Apulia and Sicily. We use a brass die to make the pasta, and it is then dried at low temperatures. Whole-grain pasta is excellent with non-tomato vegetable sauces.
